Ghia is a non-alcoholic aperitif that is vibrant, fresh and satisfyingly bitter, Ghia tastes like summer on the rocks, featuring notes of nostalgic florals, earthy botanicals and a clean kick of citrus. 

The Sanghia

Ghia Citrus

This is Ghia’s take on the classic sangria. A super refresher. Citrusy, bright and complex. A fiesta in a glass.

Gather:

  • 2 oz Ghia

  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 2 oz flat or sparkling water

  • orange slice or any other combination of sliced citrus

Create:

Mix 2 oz Ghia and 2 oz orange juice in a highball glass. Stir gently and add a 2 oz splash of flat or sparkling water. Serve on the rocks and garnish with fresh orange slices or any other combination of sliced citrus.

Ginger Mojito

1.5 oz rum or vodka

.5 oz Roadbars Spiced Ginger Syrup

1 oz Roadbars Fresh Ginger Shrub

8-10 mint leaves

Spicy Paloma

For the perfect Sunday brunch and late summer evening cocktail mix:

1.5 oz tequila

.5 oz lime juice

.5 oz Jalapeno Serrano Syrup

2 oz grapefruit juice

Splash of soda water
