Cali’flour Foods was born out of a need for healthier eating habits after company founder, Amy Lacey, was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Lupus. Her mission was to create tasty and healthy foods that could be enjoyed by all, regardless of dietary preferences. After much experimentation and measuring the success of each product by testing her own inflammatory responses, Amy finally developed a range of healthy (and delicious) alternatives to some her favorite foods.
We especially enjoy the Cali’four Pizza Crust in Plain or Jalapeño flavor. They arrive frozen, vacuum-sealed and ready to cook. Just add your favorite veggies, sauce, cheese or other toppings – even scrambled eggs and guacamole for a tasty, breakfast-themed pie! You can experiment as much as you’d like, and it will come out delicious every time. Both of our families love the califlour pizza crust.
